Refund policy
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 10 days from delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To proceed with your return, please contact us via email - nahoonswimwear@gmail.com.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include your full name and order number within your return package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your returned item is approved, then a voucher will be issued to you to the value of the item/s received. If you would prefer to be refunded, please provide us with your bank details to process the refund.
Exchanges
Nahoon will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please notify us within 10 days from receiving the items. Please contact us via email - nahoonswimwear@gmail.com. We will then arrange to take the faulty item back and replace it. (or refund you if the item is no longer available)
